Today is the day of Issac's birthday party. His real birthday is tomorrow. He wakes up this morning and said "Mommy today is my fake birthday right? Cause tomorrow is my real birthday!" Good news too, NO birthday blizzard this year!
For the past few weeks my brain goes into party mode. Pretty much the week after Christmas I start thinking of birthday planning! Isaac has been really into Lego's, so this year he decided on a Lego theme for his party. I found tons of fun ideas online on Lego parties. I put my Pinterest ideas into motion to plan his big day! (I get a little obsessed with this stuff)
It was all about the colors of Lego's.
How convenient, M & M's, one of his favorite candy's, are total Lego colors.
I made up some Lego labels on my computer and put them right over the labels on the bottles.
You must dress the part too, I found Isaac his Lego shirt on Etsy.com. He LOVED it!
We can't believe our baby is turning 4!
We hung out with Lego guy, he was the star of the party and acted as our photo prop!
Everyone got their pictures with Lego guy!
We also used Lego guy for "Pin the logo on the shirt" game too.
We sung Happy Birthday to Isaac, and he joined in too. :)
He had a tough time blowing out the candles on his cake!
and of course, we built Lego's! Everyone built a car and tried it out by racing it down a ramp.
Isaac ended his party by opening his gifts. He got lots of Lego's of course, and his camper guys hes been "hiding" at Walmart for weeks. We had a great time with family and friends to celebrate Isaac's 4th Birthday! His friends got to go home with Lego cases and a Birthday Lego guy.
Isaac, You are 4! (tomorrow) I hope you enjoyed your birthday party!
