A taste of summer

We've gone from 75-80 degree days back down to the chilly 40's. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful weather and making the best out of our dirt yard. Isaac is finding that rocks don't taste as good as they appear. Macie is disgusted that Isaac would even think of eating dirt! At least he hasn't tried the pink sand. You would think that would look better to eat than dirt. Don't worry, blue sand is in the near future. I wasn't thinking last year when I picked up the pink sand on clearance that Isaac would be enjoying the sandbox this year too! ha ha. He didn't seem to mind though. The sandbox is a big hit, along with our play set that Roger and a couple of good friends picked up at our old house earlier this week. Macie was very concerned that the new owners were going to keep it. :) So now we just wait for sidewalks to ride our bikes on, grass to play in so there are less opportunities for Isaac to eat dirt, and a fence to block all the wind we have been having. Oh yah, and a complete driveway, sprinkler system, and a deck! I hope we have a long summer!
